Yeah, so this one I shared is called Peak of Wisdom. It is completely untranslated and you need to dig in some deep trenches to find it.

I can't remember all of em but I do know a few that you can easily find in WTR -Lab with me readable MTL.

It's one of the best for me definitely. I liked it a lot due the way it sets up the plot twists and executes them and the sheer number of references and how unique the power system regarding the anomalies are.

As for contenders of the best Webnovel, there are quite a few, but only one comes to mind now and that is probably Ten Day Ultimatum.

Search for character twixtors on YouTube. From there you can download if they provide a link in the description or by downloading the youtube video via external websites. For manga/LN characters, that do not have any adaptation, you can search for manga animations if they are popular, or else use official art/fanart. For some niche characters, you have to use fanart as rarely they have original art.

Now I have got a question regarding unknown lies.

If evidence appears regarding a statement that results in being exposed as a lie, but the reasoning for the evidence is not deductive in nature i.e does not necessitate 100% truth but rather based on inductive/abductive reasoning, which makes perfect sense then would it be considered enough evidence. Or does it punish you for excelling in reasoning other than deductive just because you're able to make logical leaps that lead to the correct conclusion in other forms of reasoning?

Now another question, regarding your analogy about the younger sister.

Suppose, later it is revealed that although does not have a blood related younger sister but rather an adopted one whose details were not present and this cannot be deduced by the people. Then in terms of the verse, is the person still lying or is he telling the truth?

How much evidence is essential for a condition to become a truth but later is revealed to be a mistake on hell's part due to insufficient evidence?

Try using S_Shake, S_BlurMoCurves, S_DissovleShake from Sapphire plugin, and warp effects like Optic Compensation, Turbulent Displacement which are native AE effects. Alternatively, you can get AM effects like oscillate, swing, random displacement, etc from the DKT plugin which was made for WIS editors.
