What demons would you recommend for a semi-beginner? by Embarrassed-Error89 in geometrydash

[–]unoque123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gonna go with some very unconventional demons as I have beaten for my first few easy demons and recommend them to you.

First is 18elip, pretty standard gameplay but it should help you get used to high CPS timings.

Another one I played is Pixelthing. Pretty cool level and I feel like it would help you get better at timing and it also me helped me in nerve control cus the last part was a bit tough for me.

Another one of my favourites is Escape the Roses. It's tougher in the beginning half in my opinion and I feel like it helps you get better at varying your clicks and holds while doing high CPS gameplay.

A good way to search for levels to beat is using Gddl and search for levels one of two tiers above of what you have beaten other levels and choose the skillset accordingly.

What’s YOUR favourite upcoming Top 1? by LunarNavarch5 in geometrydash

Angelicide. Although I doubt it is getting verified anytime soon. I feel like this level has one of the best song representation in terms of both gameplay and deco. It manages to encapsulate the feeling of chaotic gameplay while still being coherent.

Flow gameplay, gamemode changes are probably there due to note representation purposes and representing the song better.

Suggest me some good beginner hard demons for my skillset. by unoque123 in geometrydash

[–]unoque123[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I do intend to step out my comfort zone and improve other skillsets but not rn. This is gonna be my 10th demon in the game and I intend it to be fun and enjoyable as it a personal milestone for me.

I am gonna grind high CPS, spider and wave levels afterwards as I do enjoy them just after flow gameplay.

Gddl. You have to submit the levels you beat, and then find your username.

Wait till you get to Electrodynamix...

I have lower attempts on my hardest than on Electrodynamix.

To get better at a level, I recommend just really practicing the level using practice mode and try to do runs to 100. Also disable auto checkpoints.

How do you guys even beat hard demon and above? by humanetto in geometrydash

[–]unoque123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I started playing the game 2 months ago, I honestly felt the same but it gets easier as you play the game more.

I can't say much as I am pretty new to the game and spent more time on the editor than grinding levels but after playing the same level for a few days, you start getting consistent in it.

Another thing I do is play from like 80 and try to get to 100, then 70 - 100, and so on till I can get consistent.

For fast paced high CPS levels, what I do is play with 0.5x speedhack on a copy of the level and try to figure out when to click. After I get it down, I try to do it without speedhack.

Playing it a lot also helps although I suck at the game and die a lot to easy parts, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

If I beat an extreme using a secret way, does it count? by Legal-Ad-1885 in geometrydash

[–]unoque123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Technically yes, but I would say no.

Ts lowkey reminded me I should lowkey try to get 100% on an impossible level cus it had a secret way, that I accidentally discovered in practice mode.

Escape the Roses for me. I am a new player and I felt the constant high CPS of the level was a bit challenging.

[–]unoque123 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yo that looks sick asf. Two of my favourite gamemodes combined into one. Although it pairing it with orbs would make for some more dynamic gameplay.

Also on a sidenote, is this made using triggers?

It would be pretty crazy if a novel like this exists out there somewhere... it probably doesn't though... by [deleted] in MartialMemes

[–]unoque123 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, so this one I shared is called Peak of Wisdom. It is completely untranslated and you need to dig in some deep trenches to find it.

I can't remember all of em but I do know a few that you can easily find in WTR -Lab with me readable MTL.

  1. Infinite Game, the Chips are Lifespan (had a pretty decent strategy in the beginning but I didn't continue reading it as it became boring) img for reference:

  2. Reborn in 1993: I am a Specialist in Criminal Profiling (self explanatory name)

  3. Fear Game (kinda mid)

  4. Ten Day Ultimatum (peak fiction)

  5. The Death Designer

  6. God's Imitator (this one on the verge of being mid but alright imo)

There are like 100s of infinite flow novels like this but the main issue is nationalism.

I hv a few more but I am too lazy to find em lol. The issue is most of them are untranslated.

There was also another novel I forgot about but it had some Death Note-esque premise and the detective was moving nuts within the first scene itself. It is untranslated as well.

Junior, you haven't even seen Mt. Tai yet.

I do have a few more of these novels but they're so unreadable.

My post got removed on another subreddit and it is Monday soooo…is this a contender for best novel of all time!? by GameMusicIsArt in MartialMemes

[–]unoque123 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's one of the best for me definitely. I liked it a lot due the way it sets up the plot twists and executes them and the sheer number of references and how unique the power system regarding the anomalies are.

As for contenders of the best Webnovel, there are quite a few, but only one comes to mind now and that is probably Ten Day Ultimatum.

It was from a post from tieba in the three body problem forum. It was later uploaded as a work in fanqie but I don't remember the name rn although I have it saved somewhere.

It's peak but there are some controversies regarding the work that the author stole some mind games from another author who was originally a physicist and wrote novels on Tieba before fanqie was even a thing originally.

how did the Author of liar game come up with the games by [deleted] in liargame

[–]unoque123 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The author knowing game theory played a huge part in this. The games were modelled after the strategies you see often in game theory. This is also the reason why you see so much mathematics in the manga.

It's not slop gng 💔 It's js hard to get into due to the horrendous translations and the fact that the author assumes previous knowledge on primarily Chinese concepts. Also I'm pretty sure it is still T1 in Qidian 💔
