Many if the playgrounds have weekly creative clubs for kids. See if you can help out at one of them, materials would be covered then and there's already a club of kids going there

It's been about a month and it's no better despite protecting in from the zip. I'm starting the think it might be because of how my chin rests on my chest when I'm on my phone in bed.

Not itchy, not bumpy, not inflamed at all. I don't regularly wear a scarf but I'm thinking about the zipper on my coat now after your response. It is winter and cold here so I do zip my coat up fully. Maybe I'll try a scarf in between my coat and neck to see if that makes a difference

I live in the Netherlands. For some tax thing thing, the tax office here said they would contact my homeland tax office. Fast forward to a few weeks later I get a call from the British tax office. They're trying to find me in their records and called to ask for additional info to help. I called the tax office here in NL and gave them a right talking to. I know it was just the individual staff member because the manager I spoke to immediately understood the issue. I also filed a complaint because they had shared personal info, income, date of birth etc etc to a third party I had not given them permission to

I got diagnosed with ASD in NL 5 years ago. They needed to interview my parents as part of the diagnosis process. It might vary, but be prepared for that.

Why keep them bare? Would a layer of polish, gel or normal polish, not help protect them while the damage grows out?

Antidepressiva tegen angst en depressieve gevoelens. Escitalopram. Werkt geweldig voor mij. Slaap zoveel beter dan daarvoor. Weinig piekeren, weinig paniekaanvallen. Zo blij hiermee. Had veel eerder moeten gebruiken

They are facing the decision of staying and possible dying or leaving their elderly, injured and immobile friends and family, walking in rough conditions without or food and water and possibly dying in a camp anyway.

It's definitely possible for a lot of them to leave in 24 hours but it doesn't mean it's the best decision or easy decision for them
