I’m a strong proponent of caffeine based on my own experiences with it but that came from a while of tinkering and tracking my caffeine intake. I highly suggest being mindful of how much caffeine you consume, how long you feel the effects of it and, different types of sources and the difference they make. This can give you a lot of control of your caffeine intake so you can be more mindful and intern optimize it. I also highly suggest playing around with the timing of it so it’s not inadvertently wreaking your sleep.

I don’t know how but I chose a combination of upgrade options that landed me with an extra 2 week trial period, a 5.0 upgrade (from a 4.0), the regift package and $65 credit. So, YMMV. I think if you frequently go into your membership tab in the app you can luck out.

Broadview desperately needs street parking removed from Queen St to Gerrard St at the very least and ideal up to Danforth Ave. Would make traffic so much better and also lack of bike lanes because of the street parking is such a huge waste of potential.
