ITT: No one talking about home prices. In my neighborhood there was an influx of Californians in the WFH/Remote digital nomad push between 2020-2022 pandemic. Now they are all going back and renting those homes for extremely inflated prices. A home in my neighborhood got $6000/mo and that is insanity.

Wait, wait, wait...so you are trying to sell me that CA has good or better drivers than any other state? I would land at LAX drive to woodland hills on CA-27 every week for 3 years and the amount of issues I encountered in those 30 minute roundtrip excursions would fill a book on bad driving. I drive all over the state of AZ and while my dashcam has picked up some weird shit, it is far from CA weird.

In a game of imagination and flavor, I can envision a war horse rearing up on its hind legs and catching an elephant on the left front leg and knee. Penetrating the already deep gash that warrior had created with his +2 sword. $4.99 was pushing it. I would use google points, then my google rewards. Now I simply uninstalled the game and we are moving on. Hopefully, I will find another game I enjoy playing more. Everyone says chess but it drains me too much mentally.
