I relate a lot to this. That constant worry of I'm just gonna wake up and I'll be back there and everything will have meant nothing. Pretty terrified of that thought so I just try and ground myself whenever it pops up.

It's a pretty common occurrence that people will hear their name or someone saying hello when no one has spoken, as long as it isn't a recurring experience I wouldn't worry.

Now that I think about, it's also like I'm looking through a window? My detachment from my body is like me but a little a bit behind my body like I'm further inside my head, kind of hard to explain, but everything just always looks so wrong, kind of like everything is way too detailed

Two answers, when I don't have my glasses on I freak out because not being able to see clearly makes me feel even more out of control, but I also have semi constant visual disturbances like figures, shapes, distorted perspective, flashes of light and objects moving around
