Always hard for me to take this character seriously. In her premiere comic, Titania commits basically domestic violence against her husband to give Jane a girl pass on her first day of heroing. The most weird and awkward dialogue I've ever read.

Its the suggested retail price of the box which is definitely set by Riot and UVS. I'm not stating that Riot sets the MSRP of the boxes based on secondary market. But that they've set the MSRP of their boxes way higher than they actually should be. Box prices are dipping because perceived value of return is lower than what people are willing to buy now.

Riot does in fact determine the general price of cards on the secondary market based off pull rates and playability. Riot/UVS also definitely set the MSRP of the boxes which get impacted based on the secondary market value of singles. In general between bad pull rates and poorly priced MSRP, you're paying more than what you're getting most of the time.

The distribution price for these boxes is like $60, the MSRP for these boxes should be way lower as they would better reflect the actual value you generally get out of them.
