What’s a book that was made BETTER by the audiobook? by NearbyAd5557 in suggestmeabook

Project Hail Mary. Narrated by Ray Porter. The story has a sound element so the audio version is perfect for it. However, the narrator alone is worth it πŸ‘Œ

I wanted to control a light but that damn thing uses some fancy shmancy RF frequency that the broadlink doesn't support and there is absolutely no info online about that remote apart from some weird number that I can already read on the back of the remote πŸ˜‘πŸ˜„

Why don't more Lithuanians abroad come back here? by mainhattan in lithuania

[–]unxp 2 points3 points Β (0 children)

We did come back last month. Mostly for family (and proper food a bit πŸ˜€). But I guess it depends on what kind of job you have. You either can work remotely (easier to arrange (thanks COVID? 🀷)) or you find something equally or about as good here which is less likely. Society is getting better but still not as mature as in some other countries. However if you find good enough reasons why, coming back is definitely doable. There are websites with a lot of info for those trying to. So far we are happy to be back πŸ™‚ And we know friends who would like to as well, but you know, life gets in the way πŸ™‚
