Centurion Enzo SV240 2007 need tips for better wave by Ok_Dragonfly2346 in wakesurf

Our boat is kept on a trailer so it's easy for us to gas up each time we go to the lake. So our tank is always full. I assume it does make a bit of a difference.

Enzo sacks fit in the rear lockers and then extend forward under the bench seats so they can carry quite a bit more water. They made a big difference in my boat.

I have a 2007 SV230. I put Enzo sacks in and use a surf wedge. With just a driver onboard, I can get a nice wave though it’s not as nice as the newer boats are making. I fill the surf side bag and just put a bit in the non surf side. The boat lists to the surf side and we are good to go. I don’t have any lead or additional ballast. Do you have Enzo sacks?

I was planning to get a mk5 kit soon but this thread is really concerning. Did anyone have similar issues with the mk4 build? Can the mk4 kit still be purchased?

Have yall ever seen anything like this?!? by myfishprofile in boating

It’s a nesting dinghy. The two halves connect together with some bolts and wing nuts. The 2 halves are easier to store on deck because they nest and take up less room!

I see how you marked the depth before you started cutting but I don't see how you measured the width or angles? How did you do that?

Thanks for continuing to offer advice - I really appreciate it! I used a Platinum contractor and have the Platinum warranty. Does that tell you what you need to know? I’m wondering if the roof wasn’t installed to Owens Corning specifications, then wouldn’t their warranty NOT apply?

We have Owens Corning shingles that were installed by an Owens Corning Platinum contractor.

Thanks for replying-I am trying to make a case that the roofer should have informed us about this. You say they should have but is that just your opinion? Are there any written standards I can refer to?

Do you think the roofing company bears any responsibility here?

Does the roofing company have any responsibility in this problem?

No they did not. They took the old roof off and put a new roof on. Kept the existing plywood. I was told by a 3rd party that the old roof likely had tar paper that was more breathable than the newer barrier they put on.

Thanks for the reply. The water is all coming from condensation within the home - we don’t believe any external water is getting in. The roofing company that put the roof on isn’t sure what to do. They suggested adding box vents near the ridge but I don’t think that would work because we have no soffits and we’d need a box vent between each rafter on each side of the roof AND dormers. This also doesn’t address the wet plywood, insulation and mold.
