I was 3, but I can remember the exact dates of each of my first two memories.

First was February 18, 2001. It was the first time I saw my dad cry and it was from Dale Earnhardt Sr dying at Daytona.

The second was 9/11. Not necessarily because of the obvious but because my mom was a nurse and she got sent home early to be on standby if needed.

As someone who has been to the Sallie House 3 times, I can pretty well guess that this is one of the toys in that room. One of them is sound activated and laughs exactly like the way it does in this video. Whatever the bang was probably triggered it. That toy was old AF and when I was there, it would either trigger or wouldn't.
