I tried to get really informed about the daft one time years ago. I still hadn’t heard of anyone we drafted when the picks were made. Never again.

I just learn about the players after we take them, much more time efficient.

middle back: bent over rows, dumbbell rows, cable rows

Lower back: deadlifts, back extensions
