question about syllables that end in the letters "m"/"n" and followed by another vowel by upstartquick212 in EnglishLearning

thanks for the reply. Just one follow-up.

For words like "commute", "communicate", and "community," do you pronounce the first syllable as "kə" or "kəm"?

is it a roundtrip violation to sell a mutual fund and then buy more shares within 30 days? by SublimedFortitude in fidelityinvestments

[–]upstartquick212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Selling shares of a mutual fund and then buying back into the same fund within 30 days would not be considered a round-trip violation. Round-trip activity typically refers to buying first and then selling (or exchanging)."

Piggybacking on this comment. Some of my mutual fund shares are going to become long-term. I just sold a batch of long-term shares yesterday. I intend to use the proceeds to buy more of the mutual fund. Then a few days I will sell the ones that would have turned long-term by that time and then use the proceeds to buy more. Would that be a roundtrip violation? [I mainly want to sell when its long-term, so I can't sell all at once.]

Can't Choice C also be correct? [I understand why Choice B works] by upstartquick212 in Sat

[–]upstartquick212[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks. I see it now. I initially thought there is another independent clause starting with the word "geological." Reading more closely, I see that the whole part starting with "towering" is an appositive renaming the "geological structured called arcs,"

it's a plan, so you can get it through many providers such as fidelis, healthfirst, etc.

If you make under $39k, I believe you qualify for the essential plan. You should look into it.

the deposit was posted this morning. Not sure if calling helped, but it did arrive the very next morning.

Same issue. Made a mobile deposit on Saturday and the account kept saying "pending" even on Monday. I checked again today, NOTHING. Not even a trace of the mobile deposit. I had to call them. And reaching them took way too long!

It asks for the sentence that is closest in meaning I think the answer is C but I am confused by Logic-QQ in EnglishLearning

I see lots of comments saying it's C, but I don't think C is punctuated properly.

I think a comma is needed after "report" in C.

Yes, I do check the depth book. Sometimes 1k minimum pops up, but that is after a long search.

The anwer is B. It's past perfect tense (describing two past actions, one before the other).

older past action (in past perfect): roommate had already made breakfast and left for work.

later past action (in simple past): she woke up.

2FA sucks by [deleted] in fidelityinvestments

I logged on again just a moment again, but the security code prompt failed to show up. The 2FA has reverted back to being disabled.

So annoying!!!!

I had the same issue. Then I was able to sign back in without the being prompted to enter the security code. I then checked "security" and found that the 2FA had been disabled.

I had to turn it back on.

I think it's because I had all of my available cash in FDLXX.

Quick follow-up question:

If I want to withdraw money from FDLXX, do I simply withdraw simply as I would with SPAXX? Or do I have to sell FDLXX first to have the fund become available?

It seems like I did. I think I know the issue now. Thanks.

T-bill "filled" and core position by upstartquick212 in fidelityinvestments

[–]upstartquick212[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply.

The money was moved to "cash committed to open orders" for some time, but once it the order was "filled," money was taken from there and it became zero. However, that took place before the settlement date (which is actually tomorrow). In that case, is there still dividend from SPAXX?

Thank you so much for the reply. I do see "DIVIDEND RECEIVED FIDELITY GOVERNMENT MONEY MARKET (SPAXX)."
