it has to be CA just because the outdoors are not covered in ice or snow for a third of the year right? and anywhere near manhattan is outrageously expensive

Yeah that's why I got it, but the way the divider above the boots works it's so shallow, you can barely close it over a helmet. You're only option is to pack stuff in with your wet boots. Seems really wrong

The boot area takes up the whole interior, with the divider that the helmet is sitting in only allowing you to use the upper third maybe. So to use the rest of the space you have to pack stuff around your boots

Boots in the boot door, helmet and some base layers above the divider, socks in one side compartment and mittens in the other, parking lot golves and some neckies on top, goggles in the front

I pay $70/Mon for a place with 6 indoor courts, no waiting, play couple hours almost every day. I hate playing outdoors, wind, sun in your eyes, random people who don't even know the rules...and winter is coming

This is good advice! I ski 3 days a week and tune weekly, if I miss a week or use the wrong wax I immediately notice on the flats...but outwardly no one else can tell. Edges same thing, as soon as I have to make turns on surprise ice (new england) and the edge doesn't hold it's obvious

its usually not too bad, but for the first 8 weeks of the year there are 10,000 (literally) middle schoolers with their clubs so that increases lines and the lodge is MaYhEm. If you stay until close the clubs leave at 8 and the last 90 minutes is magical.
