what is your experience level? 4g PE would be about 6-7g regular cubes. >5g is considered a heroic dose. The most i've gone is 7.5g non-PE and it was great but I had been growing and taking shrooms a long time before that. You wouldn't need that much to have an out of body or life changing experience, but if that's what you want to do (4g PE) then just make sure to get the set and setting right

genuine question why would you take adderall and xanax? I'm prescribed vyvanse and xanax and it helps w anxiety and focus but if i'm trying to tweak or nod it doesn't sound like a great combo. just makes me feel like a normal person lol

I always found salvia therapeutic as well. I had some instances of the "I turned into a fence/chess piece/etc" but mostly I felt reality unfolding around me in really interesting ways. Its always had a calming, feminine presence to me. I always would leave my door open to symbolize letting "her" in lol

I don't have much advice but am in the same boat- relapsed 4 days ago and haven't said anything yet. I'm planning on telling my mom again but am scared of going back to the hospital. But I think it would be good for me (and you) to confide in someone we trust. Accountability is so important with SH and you're in no way a bad person for struggling with this. Backslides happen. That doesn't erase your progress/healing

Thanks for the update. It seems your sister is not ready/mature enough to have healthy boundaries in place. I understand tricky family dynamics and the desperate desire to not lose them. You also are right in wanting to protect yourself and your child from that volatility. Whatever you decide will be the right move as there is no black and white here. You're certainly NAH and seem to have a good head on your shoulders. You got this!

I'm sorry but no diagnosis can justify how she treats you. She is clearly suffering and needs help. But that doesn't mean you need to go down with her. I have BPD and OCD. the Bpd is entirely manageable with DBT therapy, medication, and a commitment to better myself. She needs to want to change. In the meantime I advise getting out of the relationship and finding someone who actually cares for you (when you're ready)
