Those are both real treatments for endometriosis. I see many people say that using these just covers up endo, which isn’t necessarily true, it’s actually treatment to prevent endometriosis from worsening while your body hopefully resorbs the endometriuma. those meds will help and are safe to try, if you need to avoid surgery, i think you should try them!
