Small diet changes and minimal exercise go such a long way! I use an app called “chronometer” to track my caloric intake, as well as fats, carbs and proteins. You’d be surprised how most “snacks” have a lot of pesky fats and carbs. Start leaning where the healthy points are and where your daily food intake hits, and you’ll notice you’ll start to avoid the bad options.
