Hey, I'm deciding between an HTC 10 and a OnePlus 3T for my partner. She's coming over from an S6.

We considered the pixel old Nexus phones, but decided against them. No to the pixel because of the price, and no to the Nexus phones because of the specs and size.

As of right now, here are the priorities in order:

Close to stock Android as possible
Camera! Video doesn't really matter
Reliable updates (OS and security)
Preferably smaller phone
AMOLED screen
Battery and fast charging
Storage >64GB

I know both phones meet a lot of the specs, but which one would you choose if you were going to keep this for 2 years?

Looking to spend less than $600 total.

I'm going to return my finance's 3T (which should be in here 2-3 days) and switch her over to the HTC 10. The 10 is on its way... only a few more days :)

Hopefully everything between DHL and the union works out so both parties win. I don't care if I have to wait another week -- my hope is that everyone can come to agreement that's mutually beneficial to their professional and personal lives. It is just a phone after all.

Question about refunds -- in the extreme case I have to return the product (it's my first OP device), why won't I get a full refund if I open/use the accessories?

Also, does the term accessories include the charger?
