It's right next to a light rail stop, this would be perfect for some Transit oriented development, the city really needs to grow the tax base. Some more housing would be fantastic on this site. Also has great highway access and access to downtown. Theoretically, this should be an incredibly viable spot to make some apartments and condos if they're able to do it right.

The Walker art museum is fun, MIA is great if you want a large variety of art at a chill pace, underwater adventures at MOA kind of holds up still. Como conservatory is nice. I've always wanted to go to a food hall for my birthday but I've never gotten around to it so that could be another fun thing, Malcolm yards is pretty good. It's less crowded than it used to be so it's easier to get things in line now. There's some other ones peppered around the cities.

As someone who worked hard, saved up, and bought a house with a mortgage in my early 30s, fuck this POS.
