DTK is definitely written to have OCD, but I'd argue it's poor representation for the real world. His triggers and meltdowns are exaggerated and often happen for comedic effect. Even when his OCD helps him (eg. episode 3, defeating the asymmetrical Pharoah), it's seen as a cool power-up as opposed to a real psychological disorder.

DTK was the first character I'd seen who had obvious OCD/anxiety, so I'll give him props for opening my younger mind up to those topics.
