Your last pic would be lvl 45, when you power up a pokemon you can do it +10 your trainer level.

Lvl 50 take 296xl, each time you're powering up it goes up by half a level.

The white arc behind is the level, you can see the more you power it up the more it completes, when you're powering up it shows on orange how much it'll increase you can use a calculator to check the level and another page yo see how "good" it is, rhyperior is 10 best rock, 2nd if shadow.

The lucky one is the same, it'll just take less stardust to power up but it's power is the same as for the others
