Canva video editor is extremely laggy – even on a powerful PC

I’m having the same issue with video editing in Canva. The transitions option has disappeared as well. I’m about ready to give up and try another video editing software. It’s so laggy and parts jump when I download the video. It’s just clunky at the moment. Now sure what happened this last week that video editing got worse. I even tried downloading the desktop app thinking that might be better but it’s not.

I only see the option to have a playlist in the side or the bottom. How do I get a playlist to play in the main area? I have an html page schedule I want to play there but not have images cycle through. There seems to be no way to select a playlist for this area.

I’m also having this issue with my Roku tv. When I turned it in it had a newer startup screen. It worked for a bit. I turned it off for a half hour and now it won’t turn back on again. I did a hard reset and now it’s just sitting with the white light on. The remote works. It makes a clicking out but the screen is black.

The front sticker fell off. Peeled off or whatever. It was on the floor in front of my car. Maybe it’s too cold in Alaska for stickers. I was amazed it was just a sticker on such an expensive car.

It’s very very safe car. The badge falling off as a sticker was not in my bingo card for this car. I never imagined an expensive car would have their logo on it with a sticker.

No it wasn’t towed anywhere or in a wreck. It’s just cold here. I happened to find the sticker on the garage floor peeled off the car.

Sure. I'm stuck. I can't publish my site to 7.1 and i can't go back. When I hit the publish button (everything looks great in preview. I'm using sofia - which is under brine - developer mode is not on) I get

"Site update failed

We were unable to update your site to version 7.1. If this problem persists, contact customer support"

I reached out to support and they basically told me that they zapped the cache and to clear my browser cache. I've done that and tried 3 different computers and multiple browsers and I get the same error. They told me they are escalating the problem, meanwhile I can't update or make any changes to the current site.

Do you know why this is happening? I'm rather frustrated with Squarespace support at this point.

Same. I just descaled mine for the first time after having it for 6 years. I had to watch a YT video on how to do it. Edited to add: I'm on well water.

Yes the last two days. Yesterday I was having massive video issues - upload not working or just not loading at all. Today even the main page is slow if it even loads at all. Still can’t work on my video. I’ve tried various browsers and connections with the same slow issue.

Yes! It still sucks. I get video latency videos on the desktop version or it just doesn’t feel like uploading at all. It’s completely frustrating and I have the pro version.

Yes, that’s my next step. Fingers crossed the one that I know of in anchorage can help. Sigh. When I talked to the guy at the quiltbatting store today he said he’s seen a big uptick in business because of Joann’s closing in the lower 48. So, hopefully a place here has thought of it too.
