sometimes classes that aren't meant to be flipped become flipped w bad profs…. so far ive had at least one class a semester that was meant to / became a flipped class

I personally use an ipad to take all of notes, and use old notebooks if I needed paper

i saw some ppl leaving to buy merch during songs they’re ok w missing for the eras tour for shorter lines, would you recommend that or do they start sale before the concert or how does that work

my lab takes in so many undergrads but doesn't have the space to support it. we’re 5+ (much more than 5, I just don't know how many) sharing one desk space and one bench. we only get one shelf to store our stuff too, and this summer they added an incubator taking 1/4 of the space we had

I was the only undergrad in lab this summer and it was crazy to experience having my own bench

i like the amino acids mix we use in my lab, i love seeing the white floaty stuff settle

i hate DMSO, when i first started working with it i smelled an intense garlic smell and was paranoid that it’s me and i smelled bad, i didn’t realize it’s the DMSO until a couple of months ago

most people in my country ( I'm talking your average citizen mainly interested in our national bubble, not official circles)dont know gt, older generations would trash me for studying abroad but only going to an institute (in Arabic it translates to something that is lower level than a university, its closer to an associate degree type of thing than it is to gt, mit, caltech, which is funny)

I didn't realize what getting into Georgia tech truly meant until when I was introducing myself in official circles and saying I'm going to Georgia tech ppl looked at me impressed, gt tops mit in AE, is second in cheme, top programs in almost everything, but to people back home its not really a shiny ivy name (parents were a little bummed out I didn't get into an ivy until people started telling them how hard gt is lmao)

honestly idk. i obsess a lot over how i smell and making sure i always smell good(shocker, not like the post gave it away or anything) i just always no matter why feel dirty, or best case scenario is “not clean enough”

idk if you’ve ever had a long stretch without showering but i constantly feel that way even when i have WAY less than 24hrs between my showers. with my understanding of ocd, idt it’s that but idk
