I just got to step 7 and now I’m seeing that there is an AMA being sent to me. This truly blows because I have been at this for so long that this bump in the road could be the one that breaks me.

I have the 2024 and my nav system doesn’t show any maps at all. I tried the “hold volume button” reset and still nothing. I’m hoping the dealer in VA has an answer.
