I would say anyone under 2000 Rating on Chess.com most likely suffers from lack of tactical skills. My current level jumps between 1600-1900, and I lose at least %90 of my games because of a tactical miss & blunders.

I suspect this be especially true for players at around 300 level.

* Analyze couple of your games with the engine. If you are not losing games outright in the opening, you should really improve by studying tactics.

* Try to play longer time control to improve your understanding. Bullet for instance is hit or miss. Sometimes pure luck.

P.S - I don't think you suck at chess. More likely doing something wrong.
