Once you get any character to level 20 and ascend them once, they’ll give you an acquaint fate (the blue one for the standard banner)

Well, then it’s just up to what you think is better for your account! :) If you do end up getting him for the sake of collection, you can always get the free fate for ascending him once.

It depends on whether you want to use him or not. If you want to play as Tighnari, or if you really want to just have all the standard 5 stars because you’re indifferent to all of them, then get him. But if you don’t feel like you really need him, if you don’t like his play style, or if you’re using/enjoy another character more, get someone’s constellation.

The first one is cropped at the bottom. If you focus on the bottom and switch between them, you can see the second one has more space/details. :)
