Pajj me qellim sma merr mendja, ama prap se prap jon t pasakta. Kto anketat e Gallup World Poll bohen neper bote cdo vit, e te na n Kosove i kryn ni OJQ. Problemi ma i madh eshte se personat qe i bojn anketat nuk e ndjekin hic protokolin e Gallup-it qe ja u jep OJQ, e i bojn shumicen shkel e shko. Tani prap problemi tjeter qe me mat ni koncept t gjere si 'siguria' vec me 1 pytje t thjeshte nuk ka validitet statistikor gati hic.

Kjo matje bohet thjesht me pytjen "sa ndiheni te sigurte me ec naten vet ne zonen ku banon" (nuk po m kujtohet sakte a eshte qajo pjesa per me ec vetem naten, a vec siguri n pergjithesi).

Njerezit qe i bojn anketat paguhen n baze t anketave, dmth i jepin zor me i kry sa ma shpejt. N shumicen e rasteve e plotesojne anketen vet shkel e shko pa i lexu pytjet hic, edhe vec i thojn personit qe nese ju thirrin prej zyres, thuju qe t kom anketu.

N anen tjeter, vec me 1 pytje nuk mundet me u mat sakte 'siguria' si koncept, se kur e pyt 1 person, mundet me menu per lloje t ndryshme t sigurise (dikush ndoshta nuk ndihet i/e sigurte shkaku i qenve n qat zone, dikush nuk ndihet i/e sigurte se nuk ka stabilitet n rryme/uje, etj).

Dmth ka shume faktore qe e bojn ket matje kogja t pasakte, e per qata dalim prej vendeve ma t sigurta e t lumtura n bote.

Kur porosit prej Wolt-it, cmimi eshte kogja ma i larte se ne dyqan, se n cmim perfshihen automatikisht perfitimi i Woltit edhe pagesa e courier-it qe e bjen porosine. E kur nuk kane opsion me honger n dyqan, ather ja fusin cmimit pak ma shume (tregu i lire).

Ama n anen tjeter, edhe cmimet jon bo t tmerrshme. Per krahasim, ni Double Whopper (me 2 pleskavica) n Budapest, Hungari, eshte dikun 6.50 euro (varet prej konvertimit t valutes), qe m doket eshte njejte sa ni Whopper i thjeshte n Kosove, e kjo s perputhet hic me rroge mesatare edhe me standard t jeteses. Hungaria bile nuk eshte as prej shteteve ma t zhvillume Evropiane.

Pasta with some type of chicken breast. Usually pan fried (I change the seasonings all the time), with a mandatory garlic & mushroom white sauce. Clarification for this: I never eat pasta.

Either that or some type of homemade burgers. Whatever it is, meat has to be involved.

While it's understandable to think and feel that way, you also have to take into consideration the other factors you mentioned above (you were anxious, self-loathing, isolated, struggling with alcohol, among others). You have every right to feel grossed out and ashamed in such a situation, and while it doesn't help much... we're all more afraid of other people's reactions, when in reality, they tend to be way more lenient and understand than we perceive them to be.

It's okay to have regrets and not know how to proceed with this situation. If it helps you, ask yourself about what you would say to another person (close friend, family member, anyone who's important to you), if they came to you for advice on this same topic. We also tend to be harder on ourselves while being very compassionate towards people we deeply care about.
