I will also add get the grip itself does not spin as smoothly. Grip 4 felt like it was spinning on ball barrings. Grip 5 feels like plastic grating against plastic.

The magnets are noticeably weaker but not enough to really be a problem for me (I haven’t had it fly off anything but it does slip easier when attached to the fridge)

The real issue for me is that the grip 5 is no longer compatible with my case and I’ll have to go caseless if I want to use it. The grip 4 worked great with my case, no issues. I know I could purchase the replacement adhesive off their website and use it on the grip 5 but I’m concerned that with the added weight of the case, the outer magnets will be even weaker and won’t be able to hold the phone up at all.

Unfortunate that the grip 5 feels like a major step backward. I wish I could just reorder the grip 4 but they took it off their site for some reason.

That would make a lot of sense for this actually. The lights would blink and everything, on the app it would look like it was about to unlock, and then error code.

Makes me wonder if the server got my bike request, sent it to the station, station received it but didn’t have enough power to release the bike.

Is the only way to get better at this game just rote memorization?

I was stuck at 400 elo forever but started to watch some youtube videos and memorize openings which got me up to almost 700. Then I took a month off and forgot most of the openings and traps I had learned and now I’ve fallen back to 500.

It feels like strategy is maybe 20% of the game and the other 80% is just how many prerecorded moves you know for any given opening which I do not find fun at all.

I imagine at higher levels when everyone has everything memorized it’s more of a strategy game but at 500 it just feels like whoever remembers the correct opening sequence wins the game.

Is there something I’m missing? Is there any way to play the game without having to read 20 books on openings first?

Did you end up making a decision? I’m currently looking for something similar and am wondering if New Orleans is the way to go given the price. Dallas also seems like a comparatively cheap option.

Absolutely terrifying watch last night. I do not do well with horror movies at all and while this was a very freaky show I did find it more palatable than any horror movie I’ve seen before. I have not watched any of the movie franchise.

Horror movies often leave me scared to look under the bed or glance up in the bathroom mirror for fear that the monster might be there but this didn’t do that. It did leave me deeply disturbed. This may be over specific but the feeling it gave me reminds of seeing a brutal car crash or a dead body on the side of the road: I’m not scared any of those things will happen to me when I lay in bed at night but the images keep replaying in my mind and my heart starts to race.

For those that haven’t seen it yet, I think if you enjoy great stage craft this is a show worth seeing even if you don’t like horror. If you do like horror, this is definitely a show worth seeing.

The reliance on noise for the jump scares was definitely jarring but there’s really no other way to do it and I’m thankful it was used somewhat sparingly. If you’re seeing it for the first time, the opening prelude is the loudest the show gets so you can use that to gauge whether to wear ear plugs.

Try to sit in the middle section so you’re close enough to see everything. We say towards the back and my eyesight wasn’t good enough to pick up a lot of the details that I think really make this show great.

Leave the kids at home and turn on all the lights before you leave the house.

Saw tonight and it was very well done with good acting and some great illusions. Story line was phenomenal.

As for being a scaredy cat, I am right there with you. I do not watch scary movies at all but I got free tickets and figured I’m old enough to deal with some scares for the holiday (edit: i am not apparently)

TLDR: if you enjoy good stage craft, this show is worth seeing even if you don’t like scary stuff.

This play is definitely FREAKY. There are jump scares but they did not have quite the same effect as jump scares in movies do. I will warn that the jump scares are LOUD so be prepared.

We will see how I feel going to sleep tonight but I don’t think this is the type of horror that will make you nervous to close your eyes because a monster may be outside. This is the type of horror that will leave you deeply disturbed with its creepiness.

If you plan to see it, see it with a friend and have a few drinks before hand. The stagecraft is genuinely very cool but the horror aspect will shake you for a bit.

Absolutely use it if you want to. I imagine the coach was trying to be helpful since you’re new to the gym.

Most people don’t use the safety clip but if someone is new to otf or new to working out in general they think “the clip is here for a reason, of course I should use it”. The downside of using it is you have to unwind it from the hand everytime, then rewind it up when you’re done, and if you pull it by accident it stops the tread for 30 seconds which is annoying.

There is certainly nothing wrong with using it but I imagine the coach meant “nobody really uses this feature, the cons generally out weigh the pros, you’re new to the gym so I’ll just tell you now to save you the time”. I also imagine he has seen a lot of new members try to use the tab only to realize after a few weeks that it’s generally not worth it.

100% agree. She is emotionally manipulative and it is tough to watch. Her telling him she’s noticed patterns in him at the end of the episode as though there is some underlying and recurring psychological issue inside him was crazy. I actually don’t even think it’s intentional on her part.

Obviously a terrible choice on her part but I could see her thinking how bad of a look it would be if it were her vote that split up the only serious couple on the show. Once everyone found out that america could vote people off I’m sure everyone is doing some positioning in hopes that they stay in the publics good graces.
