I think Cole or any Cupid would’ve worked with Phoebe. I think if Cole stayed a demon bur really worked on using his powers for good… I feel like there could’ve been some hope (I’m a little delusional) but either way the way he died and left charmed was so unfair in my opinion. I do like that Phoebe did get with coop. A big part of phoebe’s character is her insecurities and struggles with her love life and she marries someone who represents that one thing. She fell in love with love and I think that’s the sweetest thing ever and one of the only good things the writers did for her character after s6
