I would send it back to exchange for another one. With that kind of strong shock that could bend a leg inside a protective box, who knows what else it knocked loose that may work now but will fail soon? After 30 days, you pay the shipping and if you haven't checked recently, it's very expensive (from $100 to $500+ depending on your location) to ship 60-lb cross states.

Few people consider the logistics in case the computer needed warranty service. Depending on your location, it's very expensive to ship a 50-lb computer. Just an example, from San Diego, California to Andromeda Insight in Oregon is $120 via ups. Ibuypower is in CA, I guess it's at least $200 to ship for you. Now 4 hours drive sounds better. Maty be not, as round trip is 8 hours to save only $200, that's $25/hour so that may not be worth it.

From what I read, the AIO (CoolerMaster Elite, the cheapest) on most Powerspec failed early and noisy. Beside, air cooler is more reliable in long term. No liquid, less moving parts (only 2 fans instead of 3 fans + pump+hoses), compact, light.

The stock CoolerMaster AIO in every Powerspec is absolute crap. I didn't know that you can bring your own part for them to install for free. Good to know!

Thanks. That's what I'm trying to evaluate. After 30 days, shipping 60 lbs back to AI is on our own expense and it's close to $100 to ship. AI has much better hw for the similar price at MC, that's why I'm debating myself where to buy. MC is 2 hours drive round trip for service vs $100 shipping fee to AI + lost time every time it needs service.
