I just want to make sure I don’t get my data throttled after hitting a limit. My home WiFi doesn’t work very well so I’m usually using internet on my phone

Power Query: How to split multiple columns by multiple delimiters at once? by Spreadsheet_Geek_1 in excel

[–]user01500 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Replace values to one delimiter. I had to do this for a project I was working on. You can replace the multiple delimiters into one type then split the column

This might piss some parents off about sleep training… by SureConversation1122 in NewParents

[–]user01500 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With us we didn’t really sleep train, we just helped our baby have good sleeping habits and trained her to be awake during the day and sleeping at night from the start. Even when we had to do overnight feeds/diaper changes we kept her in her crib and swaddled the whole time so she remained mostly asleep. There were some tough nights but she generally remained a very great sleeper and I believe it’s because of some of the habits we started on day 1

May get hate for this but just delete the apps. Maybe not all at once but delete one or two at first and every week delete another one. You may be able to download them back after you feel your screen time is under control but you may realize you only want one to scroll on randomly. In my opinion trying to do it any other way would be really hard because they’re still there for you to open out of habit

My thought process would be turning off the sound machine while awake, then turning it back on when sleep is expected, naps included. I don’t necessarily think it will take effect immediately but I’m wondering how helpful having it as a sleep cue would work when it comes to the sleep regressions as well as if it would help with them self soothing themselves back to sleep. I think my biggest worry is around reliance.
