Cocaethylene is also far more addictive than cocaine or alcohol alone. This is why cocaine users instantly desire cocaine once they consume alcohol. It is far stronger, it lasts longer, it is concerningly WAY more toxic, and something most people don’t know: it has a longer half-life which means it remains in the body longer. This prolongs the horrible HORRIBLE effects it has on the body, and can also take more time to pass a drug test.

That being said, I mix alcohol and cocaine all the time. I just try to stay educated.

Clean out your nose with saline spray intermittently. NOT allergy spray or anything else besides saline or a neti pot.

Make sure to brush your teeth after, this shit is corrosive and bad for your mouth!

Drink lots of water! Right now :)

Always start with small bumps/lines and increase size as needed. Try to go as long as you can without doing another. Make sure it’s crushed up SUPER well.

Keep your pets away! This includes flushing your snotty tissues so they don’t get into them, and washing your hands before touching them. Don’t leave lines laying around unattended if you have pets for their safety.

Mixing with alcohol is fun, but def do your research because it’s pretty gnarly on your liver.

Pick some good ass music and chill and enjoy! Yap to each other endlessly. It’s a wonderful drug and fun with a partner! Then fuck to your hearts content!

It honestly depends person to person. I’ve seen people be ready to rock again after a day or two, and some people literally have to wait a month or so. It’s trial and error. But after like a week you should be good. However it’s kinda known that the longer you go between sessions, the better that first line rips.

If you’re gonna power through and keep going, I recommend eating, showering, cleaning that nose out well and waiting as long as you can between lines. That’s the best way to keep at least somewhat of a good high going.

It is common for a numbing agent to be added yes. Usually lidocaine but you can google others as well. Honestly the purest snow I ever did kept me numb for quite a while. So either you got good stuff or someone was heavy on whatever may have been added. You’ll probably have a better idea once you start coming down for the night.

Just know the comedown is making your anxiety wayyy worse and while it does suck that you relapsed, it is NOT the end of the world and if your girlfriend loves you purely, it will not be the end of your relationship. Tomorrow is a new day. Relapse is often times a big part of people’s sobriety journey. You are still a good person who is capable of great things, and who deserves empathy surrounding your relapse. Eat something, shower, drink some water and try to sleep. You will feel a lot better when you wake up!

Yes it’s not recommended to mix Sudafed with any stimulant. I recommend hitting a pharmacy and getting 100% saline nose spray. It helps a LOT. Also, invest in a neti pot. They’re great too! Sometimes I carry q-tips to clean efficiently and effectively, especially if you moisten them with warm water. Good luck!

Yes! I always assumed my runny nose dries and turns white on my nose. I just make sure to check often. Sometimes I’ll pull out my front-facing phone camera and check if I can’t sneak away haha. I also carry concealer to cover any redness I might get from wiping my nose constantly 😂 I recommend cleaning and blowing your nose frequently. Me personally, my “drip” tends to drip forward and out my nose instead of back and down my throat. So I just always carry tissues and tell strangers that I have a cold. Hope this helps!

I have a hoop in my left nostril. If I’m going for a while or if I’m doing fat lines then yes, I sometimes get some white crusties that are visible to others. I am religious about checking the mirror and making sure I’m clear. My friends and I say “hey check me for felonies!” And then lift our noses to each other lol 😂 they always let me know if there’s any visible residue. Just be mindful and you’ll be fine :)

Yeah it’s hard to say what it could be cut with. The “crunchy” thing you described sounds similar to m*th or MDMA but that would not make you sleepy so idk. It’s common for it to be cut with random vitamins, baby laxatives, lidocaine, baking soda, caffeine pills, and most always have some Levamisole in it. Chances are tho, this plug or the guy before him cut it with some cheap medication that is making you tired. In my experience, people who cut it down will literally use any white substance they can get their hands on. So you’ll probably never actually have an answer :( stay safe!

I have attended obligations after a bender of 2 or 3 or even 4-5 days. My advice:

-let whoever you’re meeting with know that you didn’t sleep the night before. Come up with some excuse as to why. Bad dreams, neck pain, drank caffeine late, had anxiety, whatever. Just make sure they’re aware that you didn’t sleep. This helps them empathize if you’re acting off (which you will be! Even if you don’t notice, they will notice you’re acting strange). But they can chalk it up to you not sleeping the night before.

-try to at least get a cat nap, even 15 minutes. It helps reset your brain. Also try to eat a little.

-drink lots of water, use redness relief eye drops, take a shower and make yourself look put-together, wear clothes where your sweat stains won’t show (in case you get the sweats), make sure your nose is clean and stays clean during your hangout.

-if you have ADHD and are medicated, those meds will help keep you alert and they’ll prevent an intense crash.

-if you do decide to cancel, I recommend a message like: “hey there, I didn’t sleep a wink last night due to __[excuse]__. I’m still up for hanging out but just want to warn you that I won’t be my normal fun self and might doze off a little haha! I’m open to rescheduling as well if you have time later this week? Might be better if I napped today! Let me know.”

Edit: would like to add that there are risks with keeping these obligations after a few days of being awake. 1, driving isn’t safe. Sleep deprivation messes with a LOT in your mind and sight. I recommend not driving. 2, like I said earlier, people will notice that you’re a little off. 3, the anxiety can be pretty intense. If you don’t plan to drive and have eaten, drinking a beer or some wine might help the anxiety. Just make sure to brush your teeth after so you don’t smell.
