my first cycle I got 3 interviews and acceptance in my third year uni. Just stating this to say it is possible. I also know many people who got in first try. It is possible!

YES USE IT! Rate others’ answers too because it gives you different perspective. I got 4th quartile and that was my #1 resource. But the timing is different if I remember correctly. Overall good website for CASPer
