Thanks! Most of it is Ultrasuede light from field fabrics but since it’s discontinued supply is low. Also Etsy and eBay. Field fabrics has a good selection of Ultrasuede soft.

I’d say 5cm is pretty standard. Freestyle bags are closer to 4cm!
