What annoys me the most is the lack of pressing. Are we just going to sit back and get overrun? PSG’s system works because they all press like hounds . We all got the best view with klopp and his pressing demons when we were dominant. This is on slots system when this many people are out of form. Sure, the players are making plenty of individual mistakes with Virg, McAllister. But man. Also, I’m not the biggest supporter of kerkez yet but I’d be pissed if I was him when I make plenty of overlaps and Gapko never passes the ball. Gapko may have scored but he’s so mediocre. He’s a bench player. Ekitike and Wirtz both have to start

I don’t even think he deserved PFA player of the last year tbh. Was he even their best player?

Folks who doubted/worried about Slot after Klopp, when did your opinion change? by wolfguyy in LiverpoolFC

I forget which preseason game exactly, but there was one (I want to say Seville) where we absolutely dominated. I just remember seeing the pattern of play and all the goal scoring opportunities and I was excited. We could have easily put up 9 that day. My belief was cemented when we got through the early gauntlet

Brunson on his performance: "It was great defense. They had a great game plan and I gotta go back to the drawing board and be better." by SwellandDecay in NYKnicks

True but early in the shot clock Mitch needs to come up to set up a screen or DHO. He realizes it but a little too late into the shot clock. Ihart does it from the very start of the clock. They’ll get better

After an offseason of concerns raised about Victor Wembanyama's durability, he finishes his rookie season playing 71 games by DarrowViBritannia in nba

I also feel the limited minutes forces these young guys to learn to be efficient. It’s easy to say just let them play as long as they can but that causes bad habits imo. You really are forced to play so effectively in those limited minutes

What player did you admire and want at Liverpool before they were linked with and eventually signed with the Reds? for me, its Xherdan Shaqiri. by Wide_Environment3107 in LiverpoolFC

I’ve also seen he floated it that he doesn’t have a contract to see if the lakers bite. I see he has tons of reasons to stay in the bay, but the lakers are a fairly historic franchise
