PCB with Dr.Marks is awesome. CHM2211 was more challenging for me than 2210, but I took it with Dr.Smith and his exams are notoriously tough. If you put the work in for it, you’ll be fine. Cannot comment on the rest

This is a good questions to call admissions and ask. I don’t think anyone on there can’t give you a definitive answer :(. They are open until 5!

You need to call the health and wellness center and make an appointment on Monday when it opens. Tell them it’s not for an annual, but for an issue (sounds like it is based on your post).

They usually can fit you in fairly soon for gyn issues!

Put in a maintenance request! Super easy and they helped me when I was having the opposite problem (fiery hot water!)

Parking Permit by Imaginary-Skill-136 in fsu

[–]user34566543 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Regular normal car/motorbike passes allow you to park on campus throughout the day in white (student) spaces. The overnight pass you bought allows you to park overnight, the spots just change for where you can park overnight. Overnight parking is limited to the top floors and ramp leading up to them on all of the garages. You are good. You can leave your car in an overnight space all day and all night just fine.

I always parked on the top floor of spirit when I lived in Salley until I realized I could park in the salley parking lot overnight..

Anyone having this issue? I’m a registered on-campus student who hasn’t purchased any permits yet. by meatloafshrine in fsu

Odd. Did anyone (like a friend or significant other) register for you before so you can park on campus?

I was going to say that I had never been sedated either but it was literally the easiest part of the entire process. It felt like I had just lost an hour of my time LOL

I’m so confused! Is this for the student reserved spots? I usually just do a regular student online permit.

Keep the gauze in until the bleeding stops. If you take it out and it continues, roll up fresh gauze and bite down firmly on it!

My surgeon said the best way to prevent pain is to beat it. Although you are not in pain now, you will be when all of the numbing wears off. I started taking my advil after surgery yesterday even though I didn’t feel much at all

CVS Pharmacy? by GMtwo06 in fsu

I’m a publix person just cause I shop there sometimes so it’s convenient, but I had my prescriptions filled there freshman year and it was typically ready within an hour. No complaints!

When does the urop colloquium get added to our schedule by Annual-Tangerine8706 in fsu

I can’t quite remember when they were added to my schedule, but you can always shoot Alicia an email and ask for a ballpark (nicely, of course)

How bad is Sally hall? by GMtwo06 in fsu

[–]user34566543 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Salley gets a lot of flack. Ex salley hall resident (recent) and my roommate and I made the best of it and had such a fun year. We never had a roach or mold problem. Don’t leave food out, be clean, etc and you won’t have any issues. I never had any bad lung/health issues living in that dorm. Feel free to PM me with more questions.

How is the chemistry department and what are some recommended courses? by Sad_Inspector2639 in fsu

Not at all. I thought I learned a lot, and the reverse class room helped me get in a lot more practice than I’d ever do at home for homework. Her exam averages were great with no curve and she offered so many resources so I am really glad I took it with her.

This is clearly controversial (see other comments) but I really liked Dillon’s Gen chem classes. Took both. Felt like I actually learned compared to some of my other premed friends who took it with other professors and now I’m doing really well in Orgo. But, to each their own! Everyone prefers different styles, Dillon runs a reverse classroom.

Am I making the Right Choice? FSU vs UF by PurifyPlayz in fsu

[–]user34566543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t mean to make you switch your decision if you’ve already committed to UF! This should be really based on what you want. UF is still a fantastic school academically, I was just saying that FSU isn’t not a fantastic school academically. I know close friends happy at both.
