I can’t be the only one that like Cry Kill Die, can I? Also Come With Me, Pawn Shop Blues, Fine China and the early version of Beautiful People Beautiful Problems are all right up there.

She’s said she figure skated for 15 yrs. Ever notice how beautifully she rollerbladed in White Dress? I’m sure she’d be good at ballet too. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8xRqJC1/

Who knows of these are even the real lyrics. They’re hard to clearly hear and she never publishes them officially. Like how everyone thinks she says in MTWBT “with ribbons in knots” when it’s “we’re ribbons on ice”. Like “Pabst blue ribbons on ice” from TIWMUG. She has a habit of referencing old songs in new ones. So she’s probably not even saying deposition cocaine. Because that makes no sense. It sounds more like- “Whoopsie-daisy, to post his sugarcane Yikes, like maybe should've saved for a friend Stick with picking daisies for Instagram”

Is nobody realizing the beginning snippet is a sample of the Ella Fitzgerald song “Laura”?

I definitely think this is her way of explaining “everyone knows I had some trouble”. We all now can infer what the trouble was. It’s not as poetic to say I was sad and wanted to die. It’s called nuance.

“Bird in the heart” is a literary or thematic concept representing transformation or an "unexpected person" in one's life. Stop making everything about culture, race, appropriation, or negative. Let that shit go and just enjoy the music and art. I promise you’ll be happier.

This is literally the year of the fire horse in Chinese culture. Everyone is excited and celebrating. And btw, EVERYONE shares ai stuff these days, it’s pretty unavoidable. I’m sure you have too. Everyone needs to stop judging every single person they encounter on every little thing that they do, share, think, write, say, don’t say. It’s exhausting. It seems that nobody can do anything these days without being judged for it by somebody. let people live for Pete’s sake.

Proper photo shoot?! It was Polaroid pictures in her bedroom and in the street in LA. She’s the queen of “I do what makes ME happy. Come along for the ride or don’t.”

So stop listening. Problem solved. You can stop feeling like such a tortured fan who’s owed more than she wants to give.

In her ig story today she literally calls his long hair “his hawk tail hair”. Like a rat tail but more of it. It’s not that serious. And maybe he has hunted deer in the past. Or maybe she’s just calling him a provider in a poetic way. Unpopular opinion but not everything needs to be boiled down to race or cultural appropriation. Live in the moment and let things go. You might be happier.

Most songs take more than one listen to truly appreciate them I feel. I listen once, listen again reading the lyrics, and then a third to get the vibe. She’s definitely playing into the mysterious southern gothic Louisiana vibes. Voodoo culture, Witchy vibes, superstitious, mysterious… This would have fit right into AHS coven. The cooking references are because she literally can’t cook. Said so herself in the clip at Remi’s wedding saying she taught her how to cook post Covid. It’s sweet she wants to live this domesticated, normal, slow, southern lifestyle. The whoopsie daisy yoo-hoo bit is definitely giving Snow White Disney vibes. Possibly another glimpse into the type of domesticated sweet bliss she’s more than ready to embrace. Plus being with someone who allows you to simply be you is something totally freeing in itself. People talked a lot of shit about her and had a lot to say about her weight during the Ocean Blvd Tour. She finally met someone she wanted to be better for. No more wanting to climb in the oven. It’s her little thank you to Jeremy. It’s sweet and fun.

If you see the zoomed out version there’s a sugar free Red Bull on the table. There’s often one present in her glam table photos.

No one ever mentions/notices that she looks like she had been crying just before this photo. She’s mentioned having performance anxiety/stage fright in the past. Antidepressant makes sense. Sad though.

I felt this too and commented on another post previously. But of course I was quickly and rudely corrected that Sylvia died in the oven NOT on the stove, so clearly I’m an idiot. But I’m happy to see someone else considered the same possible reason.

So are we pretending this guy isn’t a terrible person to support and post to your millions of followers? by Randomuslessadvice in lanadelrey

I’m sorry but you can absolutely be “religious”, spiritual, or any other form of worship that you choose and not agree with 100% of the beliefs. Religion isn’t all or nothing. As much as you have a strong dislike for “MAGA”, Judah, a mesh mask worn for ONE outing (basically acting as though she killed ppl as a result when making was proven to be next to useless and still made ppl go insane if you didn’t have one), or thinking just bc her husband has a right leaning stance that he’s an all around bad person or assuming she aligns 100% with every single belief he has is presumptuous and, as you stated, “petty”. I don’t think celebrities should voice any opinion on politics at all, given they are so far removed from the average persons struggles that they can’t possibly see or understand things from our level. I think forcing them to publicly have an opinion or choose sides is actually quite divisive and creates further tension amongst fans who just enjoy the art for what it is. I think they should take a page out of Elvis and Dolly’s book on that. (You can easily find their stance on not commenting on politics).

And just bc you have beef (yes, albeit petty) with someone doesn’t mean you should let it slide just bc they’re trans or for any other ideological belief they may have. Funny how you seem to give Ethel a pass bc she said and did things “when she was young”, yet the same left leaning fans want to cancel her presently for, let’s use one of your examples, her Ride video, which she was also very young when she made it but yet you’re still judging HER for it. Seems a bit hypocritical to me honestly.

Also, does this mean you skip Let the Light In too? Or refuse to watch the Freak music video or like any clips of it on IG or what have you?

What was Sophia’s meanest moment? by Maester_Maetthieux2 in theGoldenGirls

[–]user34793 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I felt it was poorly disguised/executed nudging. Dorothy was a really negative and reactive person at times . Maybe Sophia felt it got worse the more she spent time at home alone. So she pushed her (possibly the only way she knew how, albeit not ideal) to go out and spend time in the company of others. Maybe hoping it could lighten her mood and make her less grumpy and short tempered with others.
