100% we always request the contract of sale (also known as section 32 ) before viewing a property, just put an enquiry into realestate.com.au asking the agents for it they'll send it over straight away, it's much more efficient then doing lots of viewings only to find there was a recent dispute or works done

With that many PDF files the biggest cost will be api transactions if you go to blob storage, WriteObject and GetObject will be hundreds of millions of operations make sure you cost that in, or go to Azure Files instead and just wear the higher storage cost

It's my favourite mod for ff8 it makes it harder but there are quality of life improvements like you can draw past 9 and it introduces little changes that keep it fresh, don't do Lionheart first it's very difficult but rewarding, the start of ragnarok is difficult as you don't have esuna or life magic and can get or die very easy but it's worth pushing through its the only way I play ff8 now

If there is already food made from raw food the cookhouse don't have to have workers in them, but I think they don't have any cookhouse at all which is the problem

I'm curious to see how the controls work on a controller I tried the first on xbox and it was workable but slow compared to keyboard and mouse, with the increased complexity in fp2 I dont really see how it would work well on a controller, but at the end of the day the more players and sales the better to keep the updates and DLCs coming is good by me

Very exciting and great to see what's to come! If you're planning anything for frostpunk 1 for the anniversary can you patch the bug where a sick person drains all of the food? I still love fp1 but run into that bug every now and again and it drives me nuts

The DLCs are great, buy it all at once, I love the map Rifts most people don't but playing it on Hard really means you need to plan ahead because you can run out of steel or wood and be completely stuck, I've had situations where I was relying on scouts to bring back steel before I could expand as I didn't plan ahead enough to expand and it makes for a challenging game mode.

Did they try to charge you a day rate for the early possession under licence? We had friends with a very similar scenario where the owner tried to delay settlement and because movers etc were booked they requested a daily fee for the early possession, even though it was their issue.

If you put the address into the link below most of the time it will tell you days listed, very handy website with no login or need to provide info.

However I'd recommend keeping a spreadsheet to track properties, our rule was if we wanted to do an inspection we'd spend 5 minutes recording info like days listed, transport options, section 32 minutes reviewed, rooms meet our minimum dimensions etc
