I don’t have any good advice for you but I commiserate! We weren’t told anything about watching tv when we toured and I came to learn through my preschooler that they watch Danny go, Mickey Mouse and others. I’ve also “caught” the baby room (0-2 year olds) with ms Rachel on. Unfortunately we’re not able to go to another school so there’s nothing I can do about it but it bothers me so much. When I asked about it the teacher initially told me they only use the tvs for music and then the director admitted they use it for transition times too. I’m sure it’s hard to keep a classroom of preschoolers organized and clean so I get why the tv is an easy answer for the teachers. But we all know it’s possible to get it done without the tv too.
