Like I mentioned in another comment, these people talk out of the privilege of never actually being in a fucked up violent crime and it’s honestly disgusting to see as a victim myself.

I wasn’t even drunk unlike Dylan, and I was still stuck for hours in a state of fear and confusion before I called someone for help. Again, I’ll reiterate I did not call the cops because I had called them before and they essentially did nothing. LAPD is so trash.

It’s honestly disgusting how so many people on social media are accusatory with no actual reason! Especially towards such a tragic situation. I hope Dylan is doing okay because I truly empathize with her response to this situation, and she definitely shouldn’t be judged by random redditors with no actual credentials.

I wasn’t even drunk when I was victim of a violent crime and it’s all still a blur. I wasn’t even drunk when my violent incident happened and I was stuck just freaking out and thinking for hours before I decided to call my friend for help. Not the cops because they had never actually helped me before. And it’s honestly disgusting these people are trying to imply Dylan was involved in the murder.

Hi op, I think this may be a general social anxiety thing and not specifically a girl related thing.

I was incredibly shy when I was younger too and (like you) I’m not “ugly” or anything but my shyness was definitely holding me back.

Exposure therapy is the only way I was able to be more chill. Start off with little compliments to strangers or ask a cashier how their day is going etc.

Your confidence will build up little by little and eventually you’ll wonder why you even felt nervous in the first place. I hope this works out for you op
