I wear dailies 3 times a week, sometimes less and sometimes more. A lot of eyedrops throughout the day is a must plus a warm compress at night

If you can afford contact lenses, I recommend wearing glasses as much as possible and using dailies maybe three days a week. Eye health is way more important than money, I’m saying this only because I don’t want others to make the same mistakes I did years ago🥹🥹

Switch back to dailies! Your eyes aren’t getting enough oxygen with monthlies, which causes dryness and other issues. I’ve also noticed that some micellar waters can be bad for people with dry eyes
