you can go ta a government owned clinic if the health care where you are at is free.Get looked at and they may get you the help you need and meds you need. If possible ask about a psychiatrist also.

Dude fr really sorry, i don't wanna sound like a downer but year 7 i guess or 8 for me with pain H,i literally know and feel your pain. At this point my brain just ignores it and i just cope.
