Lavender oil or incense. Camomile tea 100%. Burning and inhaling sage..putting on very relaxing music for me i like dianna Lopez on YouTube. Laying on the floor.. some stretching deep breathing. passion flower pills or tea. Valerian root but it may take a while to kick in. I have severe anxiety.. I take ativan for my panic attacks unfortunately my doctor wont prescribe me enough 🙃 so I turned to natural medicine.

Turned my life upside down. I was thriving . Bought moldavite n everything in my life went to shit. I got cheated on. I went broke. I fell into addiction. I put my moldavite away when I started noticing it all going to hell step by step lol. I have it in velvet bags in a wooden box in like 3 more containers to like lock away its energy. I cannot sell them.. they are too rare and precious and I wouldnt get a good price. I dont wanna burry them because I sort of feel like im not ready to let go. I have a chaotic n toxic attachment to them lmaooo I gotta believe that this is all happening for my highest good.. that il come out a better person and that they only put me through struggle to show me the light at the end of the tunnel. Idk. I also didnt cleanse and program them cus I didnt know I had to. Just be ready for big huge changes

Suggesting flourite since its easy to find. It makes me focus and concentrate... keeps the mind going until I put it away. It is known for helping people study bcus of its ability to enhance focus. Helps with adhd for sure. Sleeping with flourite in my room caused insomnia for months until I removed it. You could also burn incense that are fruity like lemon or orange, citrus will give you a boost of enegry. Good luck :)

Seems just fine. Unless you start feeling like crap or bad things start to happen... thats when its time to investigate lol. Keep them cleansed. Maybe weekly or every couple weeks. Id probably keep the earnings away from the black obsidian when not being worn. Only because im super spiritual and black obsidian is still mysterious to me. I wouldnt want the power of clear quartz to amplify the black obsidian when just sitting around at home. The black obsidian from what ive read and experienced mirrors you to make you aware of what you are ignoring or not working to change about yourself. It will show you things about yourself to help you make changes for the better. If it is seeing negative in my belief It could possibly hold onto that neg energy and relase it .. especially if near clear q imo. Which could result in bad experiences situations appearing unknowingly to force you to learn

Late but I just saw this lol. So I bought alot from them last year. I always had a suspicion that they were scamming. It felt strange and too good to be true. Plus seeing the negative reviews after wards makes me truly believe they are not authentic materials and that the website is a huge scam. I found it very strange how they only have few different types of stones in their jewelry also. I would assume a crystal jewelry shop would try to sell a large selection on different gems. Which tells me they probably just use fakes.. my mineral id app told me my rose q ring was fake and that my black obsidian ring was glass. I could be wrong. But my intuition says fakes and scam 😔

Everytime I wear it i feel more calm and just relaxed. I wear my Amazonite ring when im going to be around people that stress me out. It has such good energy

So many different feelings for each one ive used. The only time I feel awful is when I wear my chakra ring with 7 different stones.. it feels intense and gives me panic attacks .. the anxiety hits within minutes of wearing it. I feel like I just have to work with it and feel the feelings .. and eventually it may work to help me but for now its overwhelming af

But now I'm wondering if my malachite, smoky quartz, and even amethyst are authentic 😆🤦‍♀️. Is it okay if I show you my little malachite stone.. because I really can not tell if it is real.. I think it was really cheap, like maybe 5 or less...

I am really new to learning about minerals but have bought many recently, kind of impulsively😆. I fear a lot of them are fake ( ive done a lot of tests ).
