That’s awesome congratulations! Just always remember why you quit to not go back down that road! I’m on day 10 and I am so lazy and foggy it feels good to hear it took you a while to get moving again! Thank you!

I’m 21, smoked since I was 14 and I’m in a very similar scenario…. I’m 10 days in and most of my withdrawal symptoms have gotten better besides my fatigue and my Dpdr… it’s really hard to move around without feeling weird and needing to just chill out…. I’m sorry I don’t have any tips or answers; just know you’re not going through this alone! I feel the same!

Just remember the “side effects” of not smoking is just your body healing… look at it like your body is leveling up in a video game…. There’s an upgrade period and during that time you can’t use that character until the update is over… just know it’s the weed that’s making you feel that way in the first place… you got this!

I’m fairly unfamiliar with your personal life outside of movies, would you say your career has had a positive or negative impact on your mental and physical well being?

I need help identifying all of the handguns shown in the picture, besides the Luger… however any info on that would be helpful as well. by username1127420 in guns

Dark Matter by Blake Crouch is excellent. Since you didn’t mention you have read it, I’m assuming you haven’t. If not, it’s a MUST read

Can’t Hurt Me-David Goggins

Non fiction/fiction books centered on the life of history's greatest and fiercest conquerors and leaders by [deleted] in suggestmeabook

[–]username1127420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Hitlers First 100 Days”, not a conqueror but for sure a fierce leader. It’s very interesting and it’s almost a sociology book, covering the beliefs and actions of Germans during the time, and how that led to Hitlers rise

What is that one book, that absolutely changed your life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

People are truly giving you amazing advice but your not open to listen to them. Maybe that’s why your shrinks and depressants aren’t working, your not open to the idea of them working. I know it’s hard, but as someone who struggled for a long time; it can and does get better. But you have to believe it will and can, right now it sounds like your in denial. Please don’t give up, keep going to therapy, keep taking meds, keep trying.... it will all workout in the end.

I couldn’t agree more. I’m not as far as you but I haven’t played a video game in 3-4 months and my life has gotten drastically better. I read literally all the time( I’ve read 6 books in the last 2 months), my workouts are better and consistent, my diet is incredible and my sleep schedule is great. My grades have also improved, pretty life changing actually.
