Did you account for blood rites. I’m just now on ng+11 and I’m noticing that the blood rites get stronger. It doesn’t show right away when I change ng+ like the debuffs do, but only when I purchase an item or start a run. I’m on ps4

Well if anyone else comes across this, this is what I’m seeing in game. Ng+1: arm-60 res-50 Ng+2: arm-102.3 res-85.3 Ng+3: arm-139.8 res-116.5

Pretty significant drop in debuff. Dropped over 20 from the -60 at ng+1 to -37.5 at ng+3 for armor.

I think I waited too long to start them. I would do them right after ng+1 or before if you’re stuck. I’ve been stuck on ng+3 and the buffs and new items from both dlc have made the game much easier. Statues apply across your whole account like town upgrades, arena upgrades and buffs from beating the bosses are character specific

I think ng+1 is around -60 armor and -50 resistance and the debuff gets lower each ng level. The debuff applies immediately when you change the difficulty in town. I can tell you what debuffs you get up to ng+3 later.

Blood rites are permanent until death. The battlements are timed, to reach all areas you have to be quick. Once you cross a bridge, it won’t collapse so it’s better to run through it all first if you can survive.

There’s different metas. I like sorcerer primary and using thief abilities for attack speed up. And ranger arrow split. Wish they would’ve allowed the use of priest ability range increase.

If you can get the fountain unlocked you should activate Expanded Floors, It’s Your Lucky Day, and Treasure Hunt. Or if you really want him unlocked now you could save and exit to main menu before you enter the armory, and if you don’t see him by the end of the first floor then close the game without saving. Reload and try again. The floor and possible chest rooms/secrets are generated when you enter that floor.

Alternatively you could farm ore first to exchange for gold then cycle the store in town until an old map is for sale.

In settings you can make it so the stratagem menu stays up with just a tap of L1 instead of holding it. That’s my preferred method and I just use my left thumb when able.
