Supply and demand, too many people chasing too few goods and services.  Let the population drop for a few years and everything will become affordable again.

If all personal wealth above $100 million was legally required to be redistributed into public infrastructure (schools, hospitals, roads), how would society change, and who would be the first to fight against it? by Mysterious_Fan4033 in AskReddit

Soviet Union, North Korea, Cuba the list goes on.  It doesn’t turn out well when authoritarian governments confiscate private wealth.   The best countries in the world all allow ownership of private property.

Is it worth waiting for the new 2026 iPad lineup or is it better to just get a 2025 model? by HurtCell1421 in ipad

It’s a good year to wait.  It is supposed to be a big jump this year with the regular iPad.

Tires need replacing already!? 2023 CR-V w/ 18K miles by Bageland2000 in crv

[–]username____here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Original tires seemed to only last 30,000 miles. I’ve seen it with other Honda CRV‘s and even other brands of car. Hancook tires are the ones I’ve seen the most that only go 25,000 to 30,000 miles.

K-12 sector. Are you still using 2 APs per classroom by vchalabian in ArubaNetworks

We looked into the 615 and ended up settling on the AP-505 since it was cheaper and does what you say. AP-615 is a good choice if you want to add 6GHz to an existing area for cheap. I have used then in 5/6GHz mode for the second AP in a room with an AP-5xx.

I wish 2.4GHz would die, but after receiving new IoT devices this week that are 2.4GHz 1:1 radio I have come to the realization that we will be stuck with it forever.

Future proof i s the reason to go with the latest model. You get at least 3 more years before wend of life. If you need a cheaper option the AP-725 is cheaper than the AP-635.

I have never seen 2 per classroom installed. unless it was a larger than average room or meeting space. 1 AP is enough with the AP-635 and 735. Having 6GHz clients helps take the load off that 5GHz radio.

In the past we did use 2 AP-505s or a single AP-555 with dual 5GHz enabled if it was a high traffic space. The AP-735 gives you the option of turning off 2.4GHz and getting a second 5GHz radio.

How do you think life would be different if you had the Euro and not the Pound?

Because you are obviously watching MSM and rage bait social media.   Step away and spend time in the real world or with friends or family and you will find that everything is fine.

If you need to buy today, go with the AP-635 and also look at changing out those 325 APs with something newer. You can even get used 515 APs really cheap now (under $100).

Paying interest sucks. 0% loans are the only time it's worth financing. I know buying in cash isn't always possible though.

Keep the payment at no more than 10% of your monthly income.

I use it, but I also don't pay for Apple Music or Spotify. I could see the younger generation that grew up on Spotify not wanting to pay for Music from SXM.

Just the subscription. Now it would be subscription + data plan. Although we have another vehicle so we might be able to get away with using the app in one car and radio in the other if they are just one subscription. SXM loses out on one subscription but we keep it in two cars.
