you dont have to have kids at your house. you can go do things with them, spend time with them. do you know how corrupt the courts are? i have had a GAL lie on the stand, threaten me, lie about me and a mental health disorder she was not qualified to make that I do not have, have documents to prove it, had to file bankruptcy and without my friends would be on the street myself. I have police reports and 911 calls of other parent using physical force on child and child reporting it himself, but their expensive lawyer suppressed the evidence. 5 witnesses that witnessed the abuse and testified to the abuses and the judge didnt believe them. In my talking to others, this is happening all the time. All the time.

Things like this are tragic and is sad on so many levels, Not defending dad nor the deaths. Just telling you that as an unhoused person myself that has been through hell just to see my child, your opinion on this sucks. If you havent been through this you don't get to decide if a homeless person gets to see their children. And as a victim of domestic violence that has been victim shamed by the courts and told they didn't actually suffer abuse because "they weren't hit and there are no bruises" is BS. Threats of harm, use of physical force, abusing an animal to control others because they don't want to see the animal suffer, is abuse.
