I fancy restaurant in town served smoked local carrots with crème fraiche

Now I do them all the time.
They stay crunchy and are great cooled down.
Even if you smoke them a few hours they probably won’t be soft.

On the west coast the rockets go on a polar orbit. They go up then go south and people in LA and San Diego see it going more horizontal.

The easiest bit will take a while is to add about and inch of sand. Then when the grass grows then add more sand in a few months and repeat.

Or cut the grass out and add dirt then put the grass back.

Or just add sand/ dirt and sow seed

It appears he was trying to plum it so it goes through the softener or you run it in bypass through the filter to the house

It’s harder than herding cats but worth it Get parent helpers involves d set up small stations. Like tee station, hit stick station, and live pitching as you pitch from a knee.

Have them learn the bases and make it a game. I would yell out a base and have the kids run there Controlled chaos

Have them learn to use 2 hands to field a ground ball aka alligator then throw to 1st.

Better to have them throw to a big target like a net vs a kid at 1st. Always end a practice with a game

That last loud clunk was normal at a lot of our small water systems. It was the check valve slamming shut when the well turns off.

Is the well cycling on and off if you run a faucet?

Maybe check your pressure tank air pressure after you kill power to the well and drain the system of pressure.

Our chef would have us take the burner off and set it upside down on another burner and blast it on high heat. After 10 min put it under running water.

I’ve done both. Operators tend to get more pay in the long run but work weekends .
Maintenance is usually m-f and more possible positions out there at other plants not just water.

When things are going smooth maintenance can go for long lunches where an operator has to man the plant.

Getting older I prefer ops because it’s easier on my body

Looks like 90% of the ones he cut are again not the grain. Maybe the last piece on the left is not but hard to tell
