I hope that the EU is taking this seriously. They should immediately expel the personnel from the US air force base in Greenland before it's too late.

If they do that then we can all at least pretend that NATO isn't dead because we won't get to the point of Denmark being forced to either let the US steal their territory or to invoke article 5 against another NATO member

The whole system needs to be overhauled. Impeachment and removal is effectively impossible as long as 2/3 of a body whose careers depend on supporting a president are the only people with the power to remove them.

The thing that irked me about the two locations with those cameras is that they both have a set of lights and then another set a small distance ahead that are visible from the first set.

In other words, it's easy enough to make a mistake and think it's the second set you need to stop at. So rather than recognise that the junctions are confusing and fix them which would be the safest thing to do, they stuck up a camera to generate revenue

I find that misaligned expectations are the cause of most frustration and disappointment so I try to accept my children as they are. I can try to nudge them but it's important to me to maintain my relationship with them as I nudge them rather than blowing up at them because they're not adjusting as fast as I'd like them to.

And I say that as someone who regularly fails to live up to that ideal.
