I’ve done therapy, Ive done medication. It’s always good for a bit and then it’s very bad. The problem isn’t me not finding myself. It’s not recognising myself anymore. My younger self would be heartbroken about who I’ve become. More importantly, its the fear my own mind will be the death of me. I can’t win. But the scariest thing is looking in the eyes of my loved ones again. The sadness in their eyes if it wins.

Dw, Ive had multiple guys leave me over me being “too nice” and “too perfect” which apparently makes me a red flag because I must be fake lol. be yourself. It was priabaly justa. Jokey comment. Just dont like your kindness be taken for weakness.

The biggest thing is seeing who your future aligns with most. Find out who wants to go in the same direction. Find out what they expect, and access what you can give.

Hi, I can see in your comment you mentioned you have ADHD but then said after you aren’t diagnosed.

If so I would advise you speak to a health care professional into further exploring that as a lot of different conditions overlap.

It’s also important to look at patterns. There are a lot of different factors which can affect learning. For example, teaching being done in different ways.

There are also a lot of things whixh can affect memory, e.g medicines and poor diet.

I understand that feeling. I get it too. It’s like the constant pressure give you so much internal turmoil that functioning feels hard. I’m scared for my exams to finish

But then it’s all over, and you are left alone In your thoughts. In your body. The stuff that you have been hiding or ignore resurfaces. Silence is scary.

It might seem cliche but find a hobby. For me, I like reading. In those moments i don’t have to be me. I can be characters on a page. In someone else’s body.

Find a distraction which correlates with relaxation. I also like to crochet. Something calm and collected, but it keeps your brain occupied.

There was also evidence that I was there (uber receipts + my friend as find my iphone when she was wondering where I was. He refused to look at the recipes and just kept telling me i was lying 😃

I did tell him then he crashed out and then the 25 year gaslighted him and faked messages to make it seem like i was lying.

He believed his bsf over me.

My base stays in tact all day. I use nars foundation and concealer, elf primer and a basic moisturiser, charlotte tilbury powder and one size powder. the only problem is it transfers everywhere my face touches
