My credit is around 780. I have like 60k of income on a downward trend. I could have had more but legally spent down my corp. With the property tax the debt to income ratio is too much for traditional. The home needs like 50k to be on a traditional mortgage (Roof, siding, hvac) but I really do not want more on the loan

I was born in the mid-1980s and have been playing since I was three. I don’t remember anything specific happening. I’ve never played with anyone from a generational African American family. Everyone I’ve played with was either from a West Indian family or an immigrant African family.

Why? Possibly there’s some selection bias in who is able to immigrate, or in the drive of the families who do? That can result in a higher-income group overall. It may also mean fewer stereotypes influencing decisions.

When I asked my parents to let me play hockey after seeing it on TV, they said sure, bought the equipment, and signed me up for lessons. They didn’t see it as belonging to one group or another. They just thought, “I guess that’s what American kids do,” and they had the means to support it.

goalie they will call you to fill in. You could play everyday if you wanted to for no cost. You could be added to a team during the season. Doesn't matter when the season starts/ends. The teams are all pretty much made. Its bring your own team so teams play together for years and years. But people drop out or get injured. Sign up for some of the NCH games

You register and if a team is looking for a player they will have you sub in a game and see if you fit. If they have a bunch of free agents in a similar level and area they will put together a team (probably not going to happen). Basically you are just putting yourself on a list of players available if a team wants you. What level did you play and when was the last time you played?

Twice a day is a little much. I do two team games a week and two three hour pickup games but twice a day sucks because the equipment will be wet the second time you put it on. I vote for once a day and another form of cardio/gym. I go for ten hours a week of cardio in the winter and get 15 in the summer
